  • Marci Langston - Soul Care

Sign Up for an Individual Session with Marci

Marci Langston grew up on the mission field. She lived in Guatemala, playing with other kids on the street and learning Spanish. God gave her a heart for seeing the gospel work its way into other cultures.

She met her husband James in college, fell in love, got married, had 3 kids, applied with the imb and moved to Africa… in just that order. For the first few years they lived in a really nice hut in southern Zambia. They saw the power of the gospel as God planted churches among an unreached people group. They watched as the Holy Spirit raised up leaders. They fell in love with the Tonga people; laughing together with them as they did ministry, and weeping with them at their funerals. After 11 years in Zambia they returned to Arkansas. Their 3 kids (Taylor, Emily and Micah) are now all in college and also love missions.

Currently, James and Marci train believers in the US and around the world to make multiplying disciples using simple and reproducible tools through a small organization called Mission Encounters International.

  • Ron Keck - ministry consultations

Sign Up for an Individual Session with Ron

Ron is semi-retired and currently serves pastors and leaders as a coach & ministry consultant. In retirement Ron also gets to live out one of his deep passions by running a fishing lodge on the Kenai River in Alaska. Ron is the former multisite Pastor at Saddleback Church, where he spent 7 years developing Saddleback’s reproductive multisite model and systems. Ron is known as a strategic thinker and church growth practitioner who loves helping churches by coming alongside next-generation church pastors and leaders. Ron has spent decades as a Sr Pastor, strategic planner, publisher, entrepreneur, missionary, church planter, and multisite practitioner. Ron’s greatest joy comes from being available to encourage and process or problem-solve with younger pastors and leaders. He considers it a privilege to now be that ‘older’ but (hopefully) relevant leader whom he needed when he was in the heat of planting and leading a growing church.

  • Larry McCrary - Ministry Consultations

Sign Up for an Individual Session with Larry

Larry began planting churches in the United States in 1991 and was subsequently part of 8 church plants. Larry has co-authored two books; Tradecraft for the Church on Mission and First 30 Daze. He also wrote The MarketSpace which addresses how marketplace people can take the gospel with intentionality all over the world.

Larry and his wife Susan have been married for 36 years, and currently live in Spain. They have two adult TCKs (Third Culture Kids) who currently live in the states. James and Marci Langston have spent most of their lives around missions. They both grew up on the mission field. Marci lived in Guatemala, playing with other kids on the street and learning Spanish. God gave her a heart for seeing the gospel work its way into other cultures. James grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa. He learned to play soccer, eat sadza, and communicate well with Africans.

They met in college, fell in love, got married, had 3 kids, applied with the imb and moved to Africa… in just that order.

James served as missions pastor of his home church before accepting a job to lead a small organization called Mission Encounters International. He and Marci train believers in the US and around the world to make multiplying disciples using simple and reproducible tools.
